About the Tour
Utah's premier and longest-running garden tour, the Hidden Garden Tour has been celebrating the beauty of private gardens since 1996. For our 30th Anniversary, the 2026 tour spans three days across Salt Lake City — June 12–14, 2026.

Earth Community Garden & Food Pantry
We are proud that Earth Community Gardens network garden is financially supported by the community and private organizations. The network garden is located in South Salt Lake and is a beautiful community resource for walking, sitting, yoga, art, bird-watching, and connecting with nature.

Provide a sustainable community space for growing fresh food and connecting neighbors through gardening.

Earth Community Gardens is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a focus on community building and environmental education.

Garden plots are available for community members, and we offer workshops on sustainable gardening practices year-round.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Hidden Garden Tour showcases the magic of the hidden back yard garden. It offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy these beautiful gardens, and gain inspiration and ideas for their own gardens at home. This event is a labor of love, from the garden owners that are willing to showcase their gardens, to the many volunteers that help to make this event run smoothly. Proceeds from the event are used to support local charities.
Bring a printed ticket, or a copy of your ticket on your phone. We can scan your ticket either way. You can also purchase tickets the day of the tour for $20 each by using our website link to purchase online.
Start at the Check-In Garden. The address is listed on your ticket. Once your ticket is scanned, you will receive a Garden Guide Book that has all the information and driving directions to the rest of the gardens. They are listed in the most efficient way to get to them, but you can also choose whichever order you prefer.
Every garden is different in their own way! The features and types of garden design and plantings vary. Visit our website to see photos of gardens in our previous garden tours.
Each home neighborhood is different, so please be courteous of the neighbors and where you are able to park.

All ages are welcome to attend. Those 8 and older need to have a ticket. If you bring younger children, please be courteous of our garden owners and watch your children.
