About the Utah Hidden Garden Tour

The annual Hidden Garden Tour, first held in 1996, is a beloved tradition in which you can discover and be inspired by some of Utah’s most beautiful private gardens.  Sometimes you cannot tell what glorious beauty abounds in the back yards of these homes.

The mission of the Hidden Garden Tour is to inspire the public with imaginative and sustainable ways of gardening, landscaping and design.

As a charity event, this year’s proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities which support families with sick children, helping them access the medical care and resources they need.   More information can be found at https://rmhc.org.

        Volunteer Info

        Each volunteer will receive 2 free tickets to the Hidden Garden Tour.

        Volunteers will sit at an assigned garden (at a table, in shade) for a 4 hour shift to take tickets and greet visitors. The shifts are as follows:

        • Friday – Noon until 4pm
        • Friday – 4pm until 8pm
        • Saturday – 10am until 2pm
        • Saturday – 2pm until 6pm

        Each volunteer for a shift is welcome to find another volunteer to join them, if they so desire.

        Volunteers will take tickets, direct people to the online link to purchase tickets if necessary, and also have a list where people can add their email addresses if they aren’t already on our email list.

        That’s all there is to it.  We really appreciate you!
